“A REFUSAL TO BE TITLED,” PANTYHOSE, VINYL, FOUND AND STOLEN ITEMS
This piece was displayed publicly June 2024 in MCASD’s Axline Court. It centers around the contemporary queer experience, especially how that experience influences relationships both in and out of the community. Suspended entirely using pantyhose and fishing line, this piece holds up surprisingly well. Pretty good, despite it being made using a lighter, piercing needles, and prayers.
